The location
At the La Piazzetta restaurant, guests are in the centre of a lounge rich in history and culture. Piazza dei Dogi was formerly the site of several artisans' workshops, particularly blacksmiths', and had five churches: the Church of San Germano, the Church of the blacksmiths' guild dedicated to S. Maria Ferrarorum, the Church of SS. Quaranta Martiri, the Church of S. Stefano de Platea and that of S. Antonio Abate.
The culture and spirit of the place are reflected in the restaurant's cuisine. La Piazzetta is in fact a fish restaurant that makes the ancient maritime tradition its strength, with culinary proposals that fully reflect the flavours and scents of enchanting places such as Amalfi and the Amalfi Coast.
